This one thing I think about before I sleep.

What is love?

In Church on Sunday, the priest spoke of love. What is love? How can we quantify this "love"?

There isn't a correct answer to the questions listed above and it shouldn't come as a surprise. In fact, there are many questions that don't have answers. Back to the topic. Both the questions are intertwined if you think about it.

Love is a feeling...is it? A chemical reaction in the body, brain? Could it be something we make up to fill the void? We all know that there is this void that can only be filled with love. Right... Or do we just think it is love that would fill it?

Everyone has a different idea of what love is. For example, someone who is materialistic, would quantify love in terms of, well.. material things. Others will quantify by action, behaviour, gestures and so on. Get my drift? Or, is love defined by what we see on the big screens?Passionate and casual. Certainly not I hope. So I think everyone knows what I'm talking about and has knowledge and more of what I'm talking about. However, when you think about it, you can't be classified under one category. If someone bought something for you, it is a gesture of love with material. We can keep on going. Its just how we prefer to experience love.
